RETURN POLICY.

RETURNS CAN BE ISSUED TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, STORE CREDIT, OR EXCHANGED. 

ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE IF RETURNED:

Within 30 days of the date the order was placed. In unworn, unwashed, new condition. All tags must remain intact.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • Returns received after 30 days OR without approval via an official return request form will not be issued a refund. Please contact us at hello@shoptheash.com if you are outside the 30 day window.
  • ALL "SALE COLLECTION" or  "CLEARANCE" ITEMS ARE FINAL. (This does not include site-wide sales) 
    • Items purchased during a site-wide sales event are eligible for exchange/return (Summer Sale, Black Friday Sale, ect)
    • The only exclusion are items in the "Sale Collection" section of the store or items marked as "Clearance"
  • Promotional offers are only eligible for size exchange.
    • Example: BOGO sales, "free X with the purchase Y,"  
  • When issued store credit, credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s purchase price only.
  • When issued a return to original payment, payment will be issued in the amount of the item’s purchase price only.
  • The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.


If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please visit our exchange/return center or email us at hello@shoptheash.com within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.
